He is an Executive Growth Strategist, and Keynote Speaker with over 30 years of global corporate experience. He focuses on the leadership skills needed to foster organisational culture, enhance team performance, and unlock the latent leadership qualities within individuals.

He is the author of three leadership books: "The 10% Differentiator," "The Transformational Leader," and "Leadership Through my Lens," imparting valuable insights and shaping tomorrow's possibilities. At heart he is a workshop facilitator and provides leadership programs and personalised coaching, particularly for executive leaders.

He is the co-founder and CEO of ROIDEA, a multi-dimensional, AI capable, learning experience platform designed to enhance corporate learning and engagement through customisable
content and powerful analytics. This platform supports a productive work culture by providing self-driven digital learning experiences.

His early career was as a Human Resources professional and for many years held senior roles in the Ford Motor Company.

Vistage members are high-integrity business leaders from a diverse range of industries who meet monthly to support each other and address the challenges of leading in these increasingly uncertain times.

The speaker session is the first part of a monthly all-day meeting and is attended by between 14 and 16 people. During the afternoon, the Vistage members continue with their Executive Session. Our speakers are subject experts focused on stimulating active discussion with the group.
